Returns & Exchanges

At Hourglass Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury beauty purchase. If for any reason you are not content, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a copy will also be emailed to you for convenience.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
